From trying to navigate the souks, avoiding getting scammed, to making reservations for dinner and excursions. He also arranged a personal masseuse to come on the premises for us. The riad itself is absolutely stunning and so luxurious. The location is central to everything and you could walk to all the landmarks……

“I had a great stay at Riad Papillon. They arranged my transportation to and from the airport. The driver picked me up from the airport and drove me to the entrance of the Medina where someone from the Riad met me to help with my bags and walk me to the Riad. It is a very charming, quiet place to stay within minutes walk to everything. Breakfast was great and the concierge services were helpful and appreciated. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

With a special thanks to Abdul, the manager, who went above and beyond, although the service overall from everyone working there was phenomenal. The Riad itself was beautiful, clean and welcoming. “Absolutely my new favorite hotel. The architecture and interiors of El Fenn are outstanding, and the service is amazing. We arranged airport pickup in advance, then escorted directly to the hotel which is convenient to all restaurants and sights within the Medina. We arrived early (like 7am) and as our rooms were not yet available, we enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop and after a tour of the property, were given a large suite to rest and freshen up. The staff was always available and were……
