"We checked in online to save time. All we had to do was pick up the keys... credit card number provided, and everything. Once we arrived, we had to do it all again. The receptionist didn't understand, even when we told her it was on their website. Anyway, we expressed our dissatisfaction, which seemed to annoy the receptionist, who told us there was a customer satisfaction card and that we could speak to the manager. So, the first morning, I asked the receptionist if it would be possible to put towels and a trash bag in our room. She said yes. I thanked her, and we left for the day. When we returned that evening around 10 p.m. with two children (4 and 2 years old) asleep in our arms, we arrived at our door to find that our two key cards no longer worked. We had to go back to reception, still with our children in our arms. We also noticed that we weren't given any towels or trash bags as agreed. Aside from the breakfast, which was okay, I won't be going back. The parking is terrible. The rooms are okay. The breakfast is okay. As for the staff, it seems like they don't care."

"Shampoo and Kleenex wasn’t filled. Bedding wasn’t provided for sofa bed. No tea/coffee in room only at front desk. No microwave in room, only fridge. Rooms were overall clean but the floor and sofa bed seemed dusty. Sneezing when opening sofa bed. Would have liked a chair for the table. Only seating was the sofa far away from the table. Small movable table was also provided but not as functional for a family with kids without a chair for the bigger table. Breakfast was boiled eggs. Dry cereal (corn flakes, Frosted Flakes, rice crispies, instant oats with toppings, blueberry muffins, yougurt, bagels). Breakfast area and lobby was very roomy and beautifully decorated with great color scheme and a sense of architecture. Very spacious for kids and breakfast runs from 6 am to around 11 am which was great! No pool which was sad for the kids. Underground parking available and was included. Lots of dining places nearby!"

"Hotel was good; suffered a power outage so the elevators were out and beeping sound coming from the hall. Thats the only reason i gave it an ok rating. Otherwise it was good"

"Perfect for a family of four. Hotel is Super clean, which made our stay really comfy. We came back from skiing, and our ski clothes got soaked in the rain. Luckily, the hotel offers complimentary laundry so everything was dry and fresh. The kitchen was great for whipping up a quick late night snack. The staff were really friendly, and the breakfast buffet was simple but tasty. Happy hour was a pleasant surprise. Loved our stay!"
