Comfortable, pleasant stay!
We loved our 2 night say at this property on Berry Pond. It is a cute home, set back from the road, quiet and comfortable. The couches and beds were very great and the AC cranked. The house was spotless. We enjoyed a pedal boat ride around the pond and the fire pit. Highly recommend!

Lovely home in great location
The house is very clean and has a nice big yard w fire pit, the trails down to the pond are fun for everyone. the dock, and the canoe and kayaks are a great addition. The pond is beautiful ! Pete is so helpful and available its a pleasure dealing w him. Very impressed!

Clean, bright, and cozy
My husband, our son, his fiancée, and I stayed for two nights. We all live out of state and were in Moultonboro for a family member's wedding. The place was perfect for us. Our son was very comfortable in the porch bedroom. The living room was large with plenty of seating for other family who stopped by. We made good use of the game room! We enthusiastically recommend this for a clean, bright, comfortable stay. We'd love to return.

Perfect relaxing getaway!!!
This house, location, cleanliness, our adventure walks down to Berry Pond was more than enjoyable! My 3 year old grandson William caught his first fish!! We'll remember Berry Pond forever. Smores on the fire pit. The best location. Look no further!! We'll be back soon. The communication with the owner was stellar.

A nice get-away from the city.
The property is easy to drive too. The house was immaculately clean and is secluded from the public, surrounded by the trees. From the house, the water view is partially obstructed by the trees. The sunrise is beautiful. If one wanted a place to chill from the hustle of the city, this will fit the bill nicely.

Nice spot on Berry Pond
Great house with everything you need, a short walk to Berry Pond with kayaks and a paddle boat. My wife and I enjoyed our stay and the owner Pete was prompt and courteous. Lake winnipesaukee and points of interest not far, would definitely recommend!

Fall Foliage Weekend!
We loved our stay! The views were spectacular and the house was well equipped. Enjoyed the fireplace and some friendly ping pong competition. Access was flawless and Peter was very accommodating!

This house was great. Very spacious and clean. Over looking Berry Pond. Only downfall was the walk down to the pond. Very steep, narrow trail about 300 yards away from home. Would rent it again just to relax again.

Great house - loved our stay for a couple of night! Super clean and lots of space. Close to a lot of activities...very new Kayaks, canoe and paddle boat. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our weekend trip to Moultonborough for a wedding. This property has more than meets the eye and the dock by the lake was such a great feature. Host was flexible and polite. We loved the coffee shop near by. We'll definitely be returning!

More to this place than meets the eye.
Great place to stay..., surrounded by the woods with a beautiful pond about one hundred yards away. Pete was very accommodating and made us feel comfortable. My wife was pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine and dryer (we didn’t see one in the description) and a ping pong table to boot. A fire pit outside which we enjoyed our coffee in the morning, a dock with kayaks, canoe, and paddle boat (my wife enjoyed the canoe as I paddled all around the pond). A big fireplace in the living area, an enclosed sleeping porch looking out to the pond and beautiful trees! And so much more. Would love to return and spend a few more days.

Quiet, serene and close to our needs!
I had a wedding at Castle in the clouds and wanted to be close so this stay was ideal. Not only did Pete let us check in 4 hours earlier than check-in but the place was perfect. Quiet on a private road with paddle boats and kayaks. Also, I highly recommend Buckey’s Tavern down the street. Amazing food and live bands! Also close to fantastic home spots. He also let us check out whenever because he had no one coming in the day we were leaving. Best place I’ve stayed at so far and I travel and use VRBO at leave 12 times a year!

My 7-year old daughter and I stayed at the property for a weekend getaway. The house was nicely appointed and we enjoyed all the included amenities and more! The owner was very helpful and went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Comfortable place, peaceful, central location
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were looking for some peace and quiet and seclusion and this spot was exactly what we wanted. It is close enough to get to restaurants, etc. within 15 minutes but quiet and away from crowds. It is also nice if you want to explore north into the White Mountains. The pond is lovely and the host is very generous with allowing guests to enjoy it. We booked last minute and Pete was very accommodating.

Fun little spot on a loverly small pond. We were only there for two days but the host Peter was as accommodating as they get, supplying linens, firewood, kitchen basics, and even letting us shift our stay by a day based on some weather. Lovely quiet spot with an excellent host!

A much needed change of scenery
My family and I were very much needing a getaway and this place was perfect for that. Pete was quick to reply to my questions and set us up with sleds and firewood for our stay. The house was just right for my family of four and extremely clean which set my mind at ease. We found it a great spot for enjoying outdoor activities nearby including skating, snowshoeing at Castle in the Clouds, and sledding right outside the back door.

Great getaway
This is a great little house in a great private location. So clean and well kept. All that you need is there for a relaxing getaway. Loved our day out on the pond in the paddle boat, the short trail in the woods (may be a little steep for some), watching the small wildlife (squirrels, chipmunks, birds) put on a show from the sunroom, a cozy fire in the fire pit. Being there in the fall gave us spectacular tree colors. The owner is right nearby if you were to need something, but leaves you alone to enjoy your vacation. The nearby general store is a fun place to stop in to do a little shopping. Highly recommend if you plan to stay in the area. Lots of nearby restaurants.

Peaceful & Relaxing!
This property was great! Super clean. Feels cozy, yet room to spread out. Quiet spot on the lake, which is a short walk away. We used the Kayaks to go around the lake. There are hiking trails close by and Ridgewood CC was really nice. Peter was awesome! I contacted him a few days before we arrived with a question. He got right back to me. We didn't need to contact him while we were there, as we know the area, but know he would have been right there. Thanks Pete! This property was a perfect getaway for me and my husband. I would definitely come back and would bring the kids next time.

Clean, beautiful, airy,comfortable, spotless, silky linens, and everything in a kitchen you could want! That’s just the house. The lake, dock, canoes, boat, and paddle boat were in great condition. Steps away from the house. The green forest was trimmed so well to let the campfire open its flames to the starry sky. Wood provided w great chairs encircling the ringed fire left us wondering why we didn’t come sooner. The host was kind, and greeted us and provided the privacy we expected on this 4 day adventure. Neighboring stores were accessible and friendly. Will be back
