Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved so much about our stay. Location and house itself were perfect for us. The only two small things that we would complain about out are that the light switches throughout the house were a pain and sometimes didn’t work, the kitchen items could use a few updated items, and the landscaping could have been cleaned up a bit. A few of the blocks were loose/raised in the yard and we had young kids tripping on them. Besides that great house, great barn, loved the cove and we would still stay there again and hope to next year.

Great to get a way....but property is tired.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this property is in need of some owner reinvestment for sure. The property is very tired and worn and clearly used as income generator above anything. At the lake rentals was great to deal with so let me say that first....but the property was dirty, we spent the first day dealing with broken toilet sits (ripped off) bathrooms not cleaned and the kitchen was just plain dirty. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, cookie sheets either need full replacing or to be thrown out. The dishwasher is literally falling out of its hole and the cabinet doors around it don't open as it hits the unit. The icemaker was broken, large stains on master carpets. The list goes on and on....but cleanliness is controllable and this was not clean. Now having said all that if the homeowner did give this property some TLC it has all the potential to be a great space...but I think At the Lake Rentals has a lot of other beautiful properties for the same if not less money that would meet your expectations.
