Clean, off-street parking, walkable location to restaurants & breweries, five minutes to our job site (the fairgrounds) and I loved that everything was labeled! the house rules were clear and easy to understand, and the price was right! We will definitely be returning to The Cabin!”

“On the positive side - this home was very well equipped - we lacked for nothing from laundry detergent to K-cups. It was very clean and the TV and media connectivity was good. I would not recommend this property to anyone who is the least bit challenged mobility-wise. The stairs are slick their configuration can be tricky for some folks. The house is old so there is no flow between the rooms. The house is FULL of antiques - to the point where one was not sure of where they could put their own……

“Very historic town great property walking distance to everything”

“We had pleasant stay at the 5021 Orchard Drive property. It was close to The Ravens Stadium and restaurants in the area were convenient. There was plenty of space for our family to spend time relaxing between activities. It was a lovely neighborhood and we were able to walk with our dogs along the streets. The owner was prompt and responsive to our messages and we were able to check in and out with ease. If you are looking for a good location and a spacious property, this home fits the bill.”

“We loved being all together and the house allowed for us to do that. Check in was easy. Location was great-nice off the main road but close to towns. Historic home so we expect the tiny door into the small room. We expect the themed rooms to compliment the hunter theme. Huge turkey was a turn off above the bed. We did not appreciate the dust all around, old beds, and stains on bedding. Kitchen pots and pans need updating. We ordered out food for most of our meals. Never heard back from with host……

“A perfect location in Frederick. The Carroll Creek Canal is right behind the house and is beautifull! Aaron gave us excellent recommendations as to where to visit and eat. The house is older but clean, tidy and comfortable. We did use the kitchen to cook and gave Aaron a few pointers to improve what he had for utensils. Overall, I would come back again. Thanks Aaron”

“As several of the listings attest to, this house is well set up for reunions—many beds, couches and ample parking. If you are looking to be in Maryland close to Bethesda or a reasonable distance to DC the location is very good. The neighborhood is quiet and good for a nice morning walk. One key for a large group is not ideal; a keypad would probably go a long way.”

“Lovely well kept property. It has everything you need. Comfortable beds and convenient location. The only drawback is the front bedroom has LOTS of street noise. I used a fan for white noise and earplugs. It’s on a busy street. Fire Station is nearby too. Great park for kids across the street. Close to a few great restaurants within walking distance.”
