「Property was clean and decorated nicely.」

「Donna was great! Its a cute little space with a shared yard thats pet friendly (for 1 pet). We loved bringing our fur baby with us and appreciated Donna's communication and kindness.」

「Property was not safe. The deck was not safe, a lot of the boards were rotted and my foot went through. The shower was not safe due to the unlevel floors, making it slippery. All inside the place the floors were not even, waving up and down. Definite foundation work is needed. The building is not up to code. Ceilings are not high enough. Electrical is not up to current code. Hard to imagine the place has a certificate of habitation. This feels like a large shed, transformed into a place to stay...

「The house was beautifully decorated, immaculate and very peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was wonderful. We especially enjoyed coffee in the morning out on the screened in patio. Ashton, the host was extremely accommodating and sweet-she even left us a "Happy 4th of July" cake! The house was perfectly located as well. It was only a few minute walk to beautiful, charming downtown Mount Dora which was full of great boutiques, antique/vintage stores and amazing...

「Room was nice and king bed was great!」

「The interior of the house is nice, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. However the description of the outside, front and backyard needs to be more accurate, it’s not inviting, no curve appeal. The location is on a main street a 20-30min walk to the downtown attractions however is a 5-10 minute drive with ample available parking. Communication with staff was friendly and responsive.」

「Such a well thought out home. Everything we needed and more was provided. Loved the focus on family and child items, very family friendly. The house was very clean. The host was very attentive and responsive. The house is close to downtown and easy access to nearby cities of eustis and taveres. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend this house.」

「We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our girls weekend.」

「Very clean and very comfortable.」

「The Lower rental is on the 1st floor, but to get to it , you have a steep incline from your car park outside, side of the house down a new ramp ( was being finished as we checked in) from as wash out I guess...and another 3-4 steps down on the side of the house. A little difficult to enter. for older folks, to navigate all this with luggage and several trips.. The entrance to the back yard is still sand and bricks and a washout so difficult to get through. While the owners are in the process of...

「Location, location, location-wow. This was our 2nd stay in this rental because it is so amazing. The dock is so great and the ease of walking to shops and dinning is priceless, you never have to use your car. The owners were always available and very generous with our needs.」

「Very cool place for our first siblings getaway!」

「Location was excellent. We walked everywhere! Home was the perfect size for our family with room to spread out and not feel on top of each other. Having full bathrooms in all of the rooms was a huge plus.」

「Our stay in your wonderful home on Lake Dora over exceeded our expectation. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The location could not be beat, everything that Mount Dora has to offer is just a quick walk from your house. Thank you also for all the necessary essentials like coffee, paper towels, cleaning supplies, laundry, and dish soap, etc.」

「This was our second stay at this lovely place right in downtown Mount Dora. We enjoyed this comfortable and clean home. Our host communicated promptly to all needs.」

「Very friendly host! Space was all we needed. Super duper clean.」

「Excellent stay in this large, lovely home! My husband and I, our son and his family came together to Eustis for our grandson’s wedding. Everything we needed—kitchen tools, comfortable beds, even a pool and hot tub—was there. We easily communicated with the host and we felt at home.」

「The property was okay. It could use some TLC. In the bathroom, the towel holders and toilet paper holders are not attached very well to the wall. The baseboards are very dusty. The cabinets are dated throughout the entire house. The doors have stains on them, and any extra linen is thrown up on the shelving in the closet. The picture of the living room furniture is not accurate. The sofas in the living room are extremely uncomfortable and stained. The bedroom only had 1 nightstand, and a...
