「This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at Room was awful..bed hard as a rock and pillows were non existent .AC and heating unit broke and stuck in loop..it's apparent the owner is not concerned with quality in the least.Do not be fooled by the great location..It Is every bit as bad as it looks.」

「Location, location, location. We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property which is located just minutes away from everything Gettysburg. We stayed in the Kentucky Suite in the historic Welty House, and it did not disappoint. It was the perfect place for our seven night stay. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable and went out of their way to make our visit memorable. The grab-and-go breakfast was a plus. 「Our stay was great from check-in to check out. The building is older but very well maintained and clean. We traveled with our small dog and have to say that they have a very reasonable pet fee of $25. Plenty of grassy areas for pet relief with friendly signs reminding people to clean up after their pets. The location is ideal as it is in walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and historical sites. The breakfast spread was a great variety and the breakfast crew kept the food stocked,...

「Horrible housekeeping hung up dirty towels took to front desk gentleman in front desk didn’t think it was a big deal. Asked if I wanted to clean towels and proceeded to walk and get me a couple clean towels. Room was never cleaned properly. Nothing was wiped down when they did come in all they did was hang up the dirty towels. I myself went and got Lysol disinfected wipes, and anti-microbacterial spray and cleaned the room myself talk to staff about getting the sheets changed and the floor is...

「We booked a room, one of our party members booked another room to access early while being assured cancelling would be no problem. When we arrived cancelling was a problem and we ended up with two rooms. 」
