"Staff was helpful, friendly, everything was nice. Breakfast was solid, and the view was amazing, especially from the Fuji View room selection Dinner was presented well, but the taste was off to us. There were a lot of western style options but maybe it didn't mesh as well with some of the eastern dishes. We decided not to eat dinner on our second night, and opted for eating out instead. As a note, we sampled most foods during dinner, but did not try their in house ramen. Might be worth trying for other travellers! "

"I rate this hotel pretty high but the only thing I didn’t like was the bed. The bed was pretty hard for my body and only one pillow. Everything else was good. It’s close to the lake, restaurants and bus stops. There were great many amenities available. Breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff were very helpful."

"The view to the Mount Fuji from my room (331) was amazing! However, apart from that and helpful staff the hotel is quite run down. Breakfast was very poor, especially options for westerners."
