AMAZING! The staff were incredibly warm and friendly from the time we entered until the time we left. The whole experience was just fantastic. The food and meals were amazing and the water facilities were so clean. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great onsen!

From the moment they picked us up from the train station, we knew that we were in love! Everyone was so kind and you can tell they really want you to have a stress free vacation. The food was amazing and would HIGHLY recommend for people visiting Japan! Truly a one of a kind experience in a beautiful town!

I highly recommend! It's our second time staying at this ryokan, and it was as amazing as our first stay. The breakfast and dinner was so beautifully presented and delicious that we still dream about it until today. The staffs are super nice and sweet. The hotspring baths were great, not to mention their sauna. A relaxing and pleasant stay 🙂

Wonderful hospitality and quality

From the room and to the baths this place was incredible, and I feel so lucky to have found such a great place. The staff was super friendly, and I hope I was able to speak well enough. The food was incredible for so many reasons, from the presentation, the quality of ingredients, everything was so delicious! You will be best set to practice your Japanese before coming though, it will make your trip easier if you're not from Japan.

There is a shuttle that you can schedule by communicating with the property. Although the staff do not really speak English, Google Translate was sufficient for all of our communication. They put in the effort to Google Translate and explain the coursed meal and kept it interactive that way. Absolutely loved my stay and would definitely consider this place again if I visited the area again.
