It has been my frequent stay for work and I’ve seen a de line since then, staff are nice and helpful but the cleanliness has been in decline, sheets and pillow cases are not clean and obviously reused?? Smell is just terrible as it’s smoking every room even if I clearly opt for smoke free/non smoking room. I’m still positive it could be turned around but for a couple bucks and someone’s offering a cleaner facility, no brainer to switch and be comfortable for another day of work just for a though, let your business shine and continue to be strong by taking consideration to our reviews, all the best!

Served it's purpose for a quick 5 hour sleep.

Easy and friendly check-in. Room's deadbolt did not work. Room was stocked with towels and necessities. Room served it's purpose for a few hours sleep. The only issue was the deadbolt and bed's mattress was hard to sleep on.

The employee's were great, very friendly. The place is very sketchy. Dirty outside and everything smells of cigarette smoke. Even inside the room. The AC/Heater thing was very noisy, even though the room was a bit chilly I did not use it. Good water pressure in the shower. Convenient parking.

Wow hard to explain how unclean this Red Roof Inn in Mt Laurel is. I feel extremely blessed to be home where it’s clean and safe. My first time seeing a roach infestation and black mold. If you want to feel unsafe and see extreme unsanitary conditions try this place.

Me & my Husband always stay here if we are staying at a hotel and we like ve everything about it. The staff during the day are always nice, respectful. Janet that works at the desk during the day is the one we love dealing with when we have to go to the desk, always nicely dressed and respectful, she always has made sure that we had a nice stay. I'd like to add that this place isn't just kept nice and clean but it DO NOT HAVE ANY BUGS OF ANY KIND even though we haven't brought our dogs with us we always see other people that stay here with cats or dogs, and that says a lot about a place that allows pets but is still kept clean and doesn't smell at all. Thank you to the staff and management that has worked hard to have a hotel that is affordable,clean, smells nice in the rooms and allow pets.

My rating is very middle of the road, because my stay was perfectly adequate, but not particularly comfortable. I was traveling with a dog so I asked to be assigned a room in a relatively quiet location, and I had a room at the corner of a busy intersection- the opposite of quiet. Saw marked police cars, cruising the parking lot several times, and there seem to be a lot of folks just hanging around. Checking in there was absolutely no one in the lobby and a gentleman came in from outside to assist me. Perhaps in adequate staffing? Overall, it wasn’t terrible in any specific way, but I doubt I will be returning.

Disappointing

Over the 5 days they only gave me clean sheets, pillowcases once-and I asked at least 3 times. They didn’t change my garbage once despite asking numerous times-and promising that they would. I was very unhappy about that. On the positive side the wifi was good, the room was a fair size-however there was no fridge so I couldn’t buy any groceries.

Arrived and went to the front desk to check in and realized there were no staff to be found. After ringing the service bell and waiting a good 5 minutes, decided to call the number listed on my confirmation email. The woman I reached on the phone explained that she was at a different location but would get in touch with a staff member where I was to check me in. Another ten minutes went by and finally a man walks in from outside and was able to check me into the room. The room was certainly not the cleanest, and I am being generous when i say that. The king bed had just two pillows on it, along with a very thin blanket- no comforter. Wouldn’t recommend

The lights didn’t work in the room. There was also bugs on the walls. On top of that it was a smoke free room that had clearly been smoked in. I will say the stay at the desk was helpful and gave me a refund.
