「Super nice! Cool idea to have a ping pong table!」

「The host let me get in early which was fantastic. The only hiccup was that as soon as I went out and came back, the code the host gave me wouldn't work. I tried texting on the app and got no response. Luckily I had left a window open, so after 15 minutes of no response, I went in the window and went back to the door to get my groceries sitting outside. The host indicated the code he gave me expired an hour after I checked in for some reason. He called me directly when he got the message and...

「It's a simple basement level apartment with a bedroom (2 twin beds) a private 3-pc bathroom, laundry facilities, a large fridge, microwave and pod coffee maker, dishes, etc. Also a TV, desk, couch, and coffee table. The living room was reasonably bright, despite being in a basement. Quiet, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Parking on street or in the driveway. Close enough that I was able to walk (about 20 mins) to the Avalon Mall, and a few other places I wanted to go to do some errands....

「Stayed at this property August 2-4 2026 with my husband & another couple . The place was very clean & modern . There was no kitchen table which we found inconvenient. Only 2 chairs with small coffee table up against wall the place sleeps 4 . An nespresso machine but no pods we had to go out buy coffee . Cookware is terrible . TV had very limited channels . Never heard from host I had to email him the day of to get code to get in . While these are only minor complaints I feel that a little better...

「This apartment will be our go to for St.Johns. It is absolutely beautiful and everything was provided except food. We had cleaning supplies, first aid kit, quality shampoo and conditioner, laundry soap , even dental floss! Highly recommend!」

「The whistling kettle was a great home away from home place to stay. Everything was provided from coffee, to fresh eggs, butter and bread to soap pods for the washer dryer The bed was very comfortable, the room was very spacious and it was easy for us to fix breakfast. The hosts were willing to interact whenever we needed help or had a question. We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable setting.」
