"We had an absolutely fantastic stay and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. One thing we really appreciated was that they were able to accommodate us for an extra night at short notice, which made a huge difference to our travel plans and was handled seamlessly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and it was refreshing to find that not only was there a flatscreen TV in the lounge, but both bedrooms also had their own flatscreen TVs. Having Netflix available on all of them was a fantastic bonus and made it easy for everyone to relax and unwind after a day out, especially for the kids. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, approachable, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. On checkout day, we found ourselves needing some Panadol, and the staff were more than happy to help us out straight away. It was such a small gesture, but it really highlighted their willingness to assist guests with anything they needed. We truly felt looked after during our stay and would not hesitate to return in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit such a memorable one. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"The staff were all friendly & welcoming. The room was clean & comfortable. I can thoroughly recommend the lamb roast at the restaurant. Lovely atmosphere sitting around the fireplace in the bar."

"We really enjoyed staying for 2 nights here. The room was big, have all the amenities we needed, very clean, peaceful and staff was very helpful and friendly. The location has great views of the mountains and very close to the hot pools and town center (less than 5 minutes' drive). The tavern/ restaurant has a very nice setting, perfect style/ deco for my husband who is an avid hunter. The staff were friendly and food was reasonably price and very yummy. We really felt relaxed even just staying in our room on the first day and explored the surroundings and town center the next day. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Hanmer Springs."
