"Great staff on arrival, also asked if we had stayed before which was a yes. Rooms were large with Big screen TV for sports playing that evening. Easy access to town by foot, no car required and Hanmer Springs is a very safe town."

"The hotel was very well kept and clean. We were in a garden villa and it was nice to have our own view onto the garden and parking right outside. The grounds were very well kept and breakfast in the huge old dining room was a nice experience. The staff were helpful and check in was easy. The hotel is old, but worked for a one night stay."

"Absolutely beautiful stay. The gardens were immaculate, the cottage was spotless, and it had everything we could possibly have needed. Lesley had even turned the heat pump and electric blanket on before we arrived, so the whole place was wonderfully warm and cosy when we walked in — such a thoughtful touch.Communication was exceptionally quick, easy and friendly from beginning to end. We also really appreciated how genuinely welcome our dog was. She had a beautiful time exploring and relaxing with us, which made the stay even more special.A gorgeous, peaceful place that has clearly been cared for with a great deal of thought. We would very happily stay again!"
