"Wonderful place to stay. Spotlessly clean, exactly as described, and very comfortable for a business trip. The location was quiet and convenient, making it easy to focus and unwind after work. The host was fantastic; quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!"

"The builiding and its history were exciting from the start. Check-in was good (we were a bit early and had to wait a short time for our room key) but the process was smooth. Parking is an issue...not a lot of spots and they are tiny as well. Full size vans, trucks, SUV, it's tight opening and closing doors. But the Security Guard late night upon our arrival back from the Blackhawks game gave us his spot and assured us our vehicles safety. Overall the room, shower, availabilty of ice, the breakfast, were all excellent and we'll stay here most likely on any future trips to Chicago. The location near the United Center is ideal as well if you're traveling for sports or a concert. Plenty of dining options close by as well. We felt safe in and around the area and had no distractions with an active hosptial near by. "
