「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」

「I would encourage you to make sure you are in the right room and near the right amenities. Our room was on the bottom level at the back near the lake. The room was aged. Pulls and holes in the bedding. ? Black mild in bathroom grout. Difficulty getting tv to work. Cigarette smoke and weed smoke infiltrating our room overnight. And when the people came in in the room above us… we definitely heard every footstep.」

「Everything was awsome. The cabin looked so good and was so cozy. We enjoyed the fireplace it was a coldish night. There were no bugs anywere even though we found a considerable amount of spider webs on the walls which we were first concerned about. But didn't see any spiders during our stay. 「Absolutely excellent stay at Comfort Inn Midland exceeding my expectations. Morning breakfast 6am- 9am is wonderful the staff come around consistently filling up an additional bonus. 「So many difficulties at check-in, had to cancel and re process them like 3 times m, had kids who got impatient, was over charged, then had to call Expedia to sort that out.
