The stairs into the accommodation are not built to code (trip hazard) the step into the house is too high and no railing - I stumbled and grabbed for the entry door and sprained my pinky finger. Driveway was icy and dangerous (had to put salt down); our bedroom carpet wasn’t vacuumed and the handles ...
