“I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.”

“I stayed last week at the new Hilton hotel in Bracebridge. I was impressed how clean and spacious the room was. I made a suggestion to the recepionist on the desk in the morning. A few hours later she texted me that they had made the change to help others. That was amazing.”

“Matt at the front desk answered all of our questions and was always available to point you to the hot coffee and tea or ice water that was available all the time. The room was super comfortable. The free breakfast was amazing and provided many healthy options and a few treats as well. My family and I would highly recommend the Fairfield Inn in Orillia. ”

“It was clean and inexpensive. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you need a room for a night or two and in the area for an event it was fine, but no inside pool, hot tub or breakfast.”

“Kid-friendly, staff are friendly and has good amenities. The food was better than expected but the price is also higher than anticipated. The 95$ pp per day accummulated to $500 for 2 days (5meals) there’s also a lounge fee ($13) that I was not aware of.”
