員工態度一般，Check in 時說找不到我訂第二日的預訂，要明天能跟進.
退房時，櫃檯職員不負責過數，要等另外負責人，等至近十分鐘才有一位女士來過數，沒道歉，態度冷漠，完全不像酒店員工應有的服務。”

“High quality accommodations, extremely comfortable and well equipped. We stayed at the suite room that had a separate bedroom. Location was on the top of a hill with views of the valley and the Gilboa hills. Beautiful short hiking trails right near the room. Room was very clean and inviting. “The price is quite expensive, while the quality did worth it. I did not feel welcome from the hotel, and even cannot see smile from the staffs.
There is a bath basin in the room, and the water get into floor quickly. Which made everything into worse condition.
The light in toilet was not on.
Wifi in 1st floor is no problem, but from 2nd floor cannot access.
It is not worth the money.”

“We highly recommend a stay at the Scots Hotel for adults who appreciate beautiful antique-style historic buildings with beautifully maintained gardens and a quiet and prestigious atmosphere. The hotel is very well-maintained and immaculate. The staff was helpful and friendly.
