「The unit was comfortable and clean however there was a mat around the front of the toilet that looked unsanitary. The lock on the door is difficult to use and locking instructions are not clear. The unit is located around the back of the house, basement suite. The path to the unit is uneven ground, steps and walkway. Very difficult to use while carrying luggage. 「Communication with the host was excellent, always responded quickly. The room was well appointed and the house looked fairly new. There is a washer/dryer in the suite although there are rules to it's use so you may want to check on this prior to booking. The only negative I can say is that the sound proofing is not very good and it did get noisy at times in the evening although very quiet after 9pm and most of the other times (host and family live upstairs).」

「Very nice property. Worth mentioning Is that there is also a basement suite. Too bad the ones using it during our stay weren’t considerate. This was discussed with owner and tended to immediately. We appreciated that to the fullest extent and the owners help surpassed our expectations. Thank you again. There is a bit of thru traffic but other than that, no issues whatsoever. We enjoyed the property very much.」
