The room was comfortable and room was quiet. I was a little uneasy being a woman traveling alone because there was always someone hanging around by the entrance doors smoking or drinking, especially the back entrance. The breakfast choice was a waffle or cold cereal, but no milk and no coffee. Probably would not stay here again.

The room smelled like smoke ,they did give us another room but in the other room 2 outlets didnt work the shower was poor hardly any water,drains were clogged and the coffee pot in the room did not work

The shower curtain had a hole in it & it did have a strong oniony smell. The shower curtain was worn down/stained……..Otherwise the stay was Great!

This is the worst kept hotel I have ever had to spend the night in. I had 2 rooms, and neither had been cleaned (dust everywhere), there were blood stains on ALL sheets, and dead bugs everywhere. Online says there a pool, but it doesn't look like it's been in service for years. Rooms smelled like poorly covered up cigarette smoke. And on top of this, my card information was immediately stolen and fraudulent charges were made while we were there. STAY AWAY!

The bedding was very stained and had cigarette burns. The shower was dirty and the towels were black on some edges. Construction and no hot water as well.

My stay was what one would expect for this chain except for two issues. First, when I tried to get in my room for the first time, I discovered that the door was not fully shut. I just pushed it open. Second, when I returned to my room the evening of my second day, the room had not been serviced. It was obvious that housekeeping had not even been in my room.

Filthy
Breakfast area was dirty. Everything in the hallways was worn out and needed replacing. My room had a sticky carpet that made my shoes stick to the tile floor in the lobby. The air conditioner had a thick layer of dust stuck to the vents on the inside.

Refused first two rooms due to smell. First room was like walking into a wall of smoke. Second was smoke plus something even worse. Third was just tolerable. Halls reeked as well as exterior areas,

Dont stay here!
The room had an odor, the carpet felt sticky on bare feet. Firniture falling apart and paint splatters everywhere. Blankets with holes, cigarette burns on all the blankets! The bathroom floor was wet - and water was dripping out of the ceiling fan! My apology 😒 nonexistent just Oh! Sh!t that's not good. They advertise a pool - it was an empty hole and looked like the area was used for storage. When i complained i finally got Oh, Im sorry about that!

Unwashed sheets on one bed. Many holes in blankets from cigarette burns. Many scorched spots on blankets. Sheets had tears. The room had a very strong smell of bleach. Management said they didn't use bleach. One upholstered chair seat was filthy and stained.

Building is older but rooms have been renovated. It's clean and comfortable.lots of dining options within walking distance. The breakfast was pretty minimal though, toast with butter, cereal, waffles.

"The "pardon our dust" sign on the lobby door said it all. The property is sorely in need of an upgrade, and is apparently going to receive one. The parent company, therefore, is aware. My room was clean though, which is all that mattered to me. Breakfast was good too.

Not worth the stay
First room smelled like mold and smoke. Reported it , switched rooms. Lobby messed like marijuana. Pool was out of service. Breakfast was only waffles or cereal. Very disappointed.

This place needs remodeling and more care. We arrived late, at the entrance we can smell marihuana and cigarette smoke. Our room had bits of cat food on the floor, our blankets had various holes from cigarette burns, stain in one of the sheets. Really unpleasant. They asked us if we wanted to move but it was 2 AM in the morning and we were exhausted. We asked for fresh sheets, changed the beds and went to sleep. We were convinced that other room was going to be in similar conditions. They apologized in the morning and said they will refund 50% of the almost $100 paid for the room. That room as probably worth $35 at best. Will not stay again.

The motel was being remodeled and the dumpster was overflowing with stuff. I had to be honest ever though I know that is not in your control. I would certainly stay there again. The girls at the front desk were friendly and knowledgeable, got checked in very fast, day we checked out Amy went out of her way to make sure that we had what we needed in the breakfast room and the when I asked for some directions to local things she asked what we planned to do and she printed out a couple pages directions to these sited. Very happy with our stay
