「Everything was perfect 10/10! I will definitely be coming back!」

「This hotel is horrible. The choices were limited for the Morgan Wallen concert, and prices inflated. I paid over $700 for this room that made me feel exceptionally unsafe. You can see through to the hallway from the spaces between the door and the frame. There were stains on the sheets and bed, stains on the floor, a large crack through the wall and dirt and grime everywhere. There was a bug that crawled out of a hole in the bathroom floor. The television did not work. The toilet was not fixed...

「We only stayed for one night and it was a basic hotel stay. Check in was quick and easy, my room was clean and the air got cold. Got a great night sleep then left early the next morning. It was a basic hotel room. Nothing fancy or frilly, but I paid a basic price for a standard room. As long as it’s clean and serves the purpose, I’m happy. I’d definitely stay again if passing through the area.」

「Staff was ok. When we arrived and went to our room the ac was turned off and the room was hot and humid. It took sometime for the room to cool off. The bathroom was not clean. There was short hair in several places in the tub/shower as well as short black hair embedded in one of the towels. The hair dryer was yellowed and dirty it made scrapping noises producing a burning smell. The room doors are exterior doors and our room happened to be in a hallway instead of an open walkway.
