We reached out to staff, and they didn’t contact us until the next morning, which is when we were leaving. “It rained the day we arrived and when we got there, the whole kitchen and living room were flooded and the rug was soaked for the whole 7 day trip so the whole house stunk of mildew the entire trip. “I’m saddened to write about this terrible experience with the Landmark Apartments. The communication with the host is terrible! I tried to reach them a week before the trip, a couple of days before the trip and then when I arrived in St Thomas. I finally got in touch with Ronita as we were pulling up to the apartments. We were early and that’s when she told us about an early check in fee. Then the apartment was very dusty. The floors, the furniture, the fixtures everything. We were told that……

“I didn't like the room. There was mold in the ceiling. The fridge was empty. They could have at least have water in the fridge.”

“I liked the location being close to the airport and it was a nice and comfortable place to stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. They should put a microwave in the room and have entertainment on the beach at night sometimes, like a live band or DJ. Spice it up a little for the guests. People like to have fun on vacation.”

“I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. There was no cleaning done to Room #301. I had to ask for towels and bath mats daily. One of the electric outlets had black burn marks on it. We didn't touch it. We had to empty our bedroom/bathroom trash daily. No one came to the room at all. There was no bed linen change either. The room was clean when we got there. Someone at the hotel gave us the phone number of a local taxi driver. We are truly appreciative of this gesture. The location was……

“We spent 7 days at the Saint. It was so relaxing. There are several small pools to hang out in. The main pool has a bar and a great view. We had Sunday brunch there and it was yummy, especially the mimosa with fresh squeezed juice. The staff was great too. Very helpful and informative.”
