「The room was so clean! Plenty of room and a king size bed. I did have a bottom floor room, and being the first time traveling alone I asked to switch to a second floor room. Nikki , at the desk, was very understanding and switched me to the second level. She was amazing and I really appreciated her help! She really cared!」

I figured housekeeping had just mopped it but that was not the case. The following day the bathroom floor and the carpet just outside the bathroom was flooded.
