“The property is big and pretty well maintained. However, it’s about a 10 minute walk away from Scarborough and so if you do not have a vehicle, you are a bit stuck. There is nothing much around the hotel itself. Poor vegetarian food options. Some staff members are amazing and helpful while others seem disinterested. They offer a free shuttle to and from the airport Slow in responding to messages (my experience interacting via Expedia messaging)”

“I was extremely disappointed with my stay at Magdalena Grand Beach & Golf Resort. Considering the premium price we paid, the experience was far below acceptable standards. “My husband and I had a great stay at Victory Villa. The room as recently renovated, comfortable, and very clean. The host who met us was very friend and informative. He communicated directly and what to expect when driving to Victory Villa. The road getting up there isn't great, but totally doable in a car whether day or night. For someone with major passenger anxiety, I didn't particularly enjoy the drive. However, it was well worth it once we reached.”
