「Very good features & amenities.
Well lit parking area.
Room & bed very comfortable. Very quiet & clean.
The free breakfast had more offerings than expected; delicious!
Property was close to shops & sights.
Will have to stay longer next time to take in the gym, pool, & hot tub. Was good to know a pool was available for use this time of year.」

「My Honest review is The place outside is like a classic, simple motel.
But when you enter inside the room its like a five star hotel, its Clean, with best amenities, soft bed and modern things/ furnitures, specially the shower its awesome!
Its my first time in this Motel but because of my experience here will definitely recommend this to my friends, plus the cost of per stay is very reasonable and affordable.
Good job on your customer service “Departure bay Motel”! 😎👍」

Excellent location right next to the harbour, just about 15 minute drive to popular spots like Neck Point Park and Pipers Lagoon Park. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were helpful even though I arrived a little earlier than the official check-in time. Parking was in reserved spots within a public parkade, but the hotel had its own dedicated elevator, and there were plenty of parking spaces set aside for hotel guests. The room was clean, and the AC kept it cool enough to...
