「飯店房間整修，還把隔壁的房間分配給客人 因為吵雜，要求飯店換房間 結果換到比較小的房間，售價應該是比較便宜的 飯店也不承認 不舒服的體驗」

「地點很好」

「Last minute transit in Munich we picked this hotel for its proximity to Altstadt. We loved everything about our short stay. Nikolaus was particularly helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to help us with a little problem we had in the room. Highly recommended.」

「Friendly staff and cozy vibe.」

「The lady that checked us in was very helpful and sweet.」

「Ok」

「Brand new and very clean. European mattresses must just be not that comfortable, because these were supposedly new but still not very good. The showers spread water everywhere and make the bathroom slippery and unsafe. We were moved from our first room to another room with a slightly better shower enclosure, but still not great. Hosts are not on-site, which made things a little difficult. They are responsive to phone calls - but you need an international phone plan to call them and I had to...

「Beds were hard, last day there my husband took a hot shower, he opened the bathroom door and the fire alarm went off. Staff walked in when my husband was naked saying theres smoke in our room, when he saw the steam near the fire alarm he told us we had to leave bathroom door shut. There was no vent/fan in bathroom. Staff super helpful and friendly! I would recommend, maybe theu have softer beds in other rooms.」

「Friendly staff and a great variety of breakfast options. 」

「滿喜歡早餐的，可能最近在整修不太好」

「一切都很美好」

「We arrive at 9:30am and they have already prepared a room for us. It is a sweet surprise, especially we have a toddler with us. Location is perfect. Service is super. Room is clean. We will visit here again.」

「位在舊城區地點絕佳，工作人員親切，櫃台也是餐廳酒吧的一部分。房內具有熱水壺、咖啡機，唯一缺點是沒有冰箱。」
