“About 10 minutes walk from Munich train station making it perfect for an overnight stay. The room was clean and, although doesn't have air conditioning, there were a couple of fans in the room which is what we do at home anyway. The hotel is also close to the tram making it very easy to get into the centre. Breakfast was very reasonable at 10 Euros each. Friendly helpful staff.”

“Das Haus liegt direkt am Spitzingsee. Alle waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, die Frühstücksterrasse in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Spitzingsee ist ein Traum und das Frühstück war für uns perfekt. Die Zimmerausstattung hat unseren Geschmack leider nicht ganz getroffen. Die Matratzen waren uns zu weich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für diese Lage ist aber in Ordnung.”

“Absolutely beautiful location, walkable to the lake, promenade and amazing restaurants and my favorite coffee shop in the same building :) So much enjoyed our room with a balcony and view onto the lake. Would come back any time!”
