Step into old school charm with this 1950's ranch style home. With the original metal cabinets in the kitchen, we have carefully chosen decorations and furniture to compliment its original charm. The home is located on Bethel Ave right across from the football stadium parking lot! Perfect for people visiting campus.

Totally fun and Totally Convenient

We had a great visit here. It is so spacious and so very well supplied for comfort and ease. Mid century modern decorations were amazing and fun to live with, especially for us senior citizens, since we grew up in that era! The location is so convenient to Ball State and fast to any other locations.
