“Our family of four had a great experience. Everything was clean and very well kept. It seemed like the room had been recently renovated. The staff was helpful. And the location was close to the train station.”

“Property is managed by Arbio, with no reception, but all information for check-in is sent via email, and we had no problems - their step-by-step check-in procedure was very concise. The property is in a great location for discovering Hamburg - right next to the train line, but with no noise from the trains. There is a supermarket right downstairs, and 2 more within 10 minutes walking. There are also many dining options nearby, but we utilised the excellent kitchen in the apartment. The 3 of us……

“The hotel is new but the price is quite reasonable and have good quality. At the breakfast room, one can get sparkling water and coffee for free, and there are some board games for borrow. The room is so clean and modern as well. I especially like the open kitchen which is fully equipped with cookware, fridge, and even dishwasher. I could choose to cook my dinner instead of dinning out. The TV is like a recent medium-end model, which is quite enjoyable to watch. The electrical sockets have USB……

“The hotel met an important locational need and is convenient for the Stadtpark (which is well worth visiting at any time of year but especially in the autumn) as well as a U-bahn station to get into the City Centre. The rooms are good, clean and tidy and the breakfasts are very good indeed, staff have always been friendly (I have stayed there a number of times now). Underground parking is worth paying for as there are little or no spaces on-street. The street itself is quiet.”

“All surround sound by Bluetooth speakers overhanging the ceiling is a cool surprise! Everything is solid and sturdy, the lightings are many, floor size mirror, electricity sockets well positioned right where you need them, the shower works really well. Very helpful staff! Hamburg is a super engineered city with everything well programmed running smoothly and quietly. Not the Paris type of cultural bomb but very historic solid and logical city with innovations in the details everywhere. ……

“Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas mehr Auswahl bieten bei dem Preis aber die Zutaten waren frisch und es wurde auf Qualität wert gelegt. Zimmer ist sauber und der Zimmerservice hat jeden Tag die Betten gemacht und geputzt. Der Service allgemein war top, bei Fragen stand jederzeit jemand zur Verfügung und das Personal war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und Lösungsorientiert. Auch das frühe Auschecken um 5h war kein Problem. ”

“Excellent chic suite with enough space for a party of 4. Very elegant, bakery, restaurants and train/bus station nearby. Parking isn’t so easy. Fridge and coffee machine and water boiler were there. A small kitchen would be nice, but otherwise so perfect, we enjoyed it a lot.”
