The staff were super-helpful. I saw the note on Expedia that the reception is only open till 8pm but my flight would arrived around 8pm, so I emailed the hotel and they were super helpful. They re-assured me that I would be able to check-in even without anyone at the reception. I did double check on the day of arrival and they even went through the online check-in process with me over the phone. The hotel is located within walking distance to Moosach station, with a shopping centre nearby. Super convenient.

Great option for families attempting to drive into Munich for vacation. On site parking and an adjacent city playground made this a good option for us. The nearest metro is about 10 minutes away and has a straight shot (U3) to Marienplatz, which is where most people will go. A word of warning, do not attempt to park in the underground lot before you check in. There is a code for the garage door and you will be stuck with no way to turn around.

Room was nice and cozy in a quiet industrial area of Moosach. Easy access to Central Munich. Electronic key system was unavailable so was given a regular door key which was difficult to use until friendly hotel staff taught me how. Overall, stay was excellent.

Staff very frindly and helpful, hotel is clean, breakfast was good and the coffee excellent. Underground station near by, very easy to travel to city centre and Olympia Park & BMW museum. Kaufland supermarket near by for groceries, very handy. There was a miscommunication regarding the check-in but it was sorted in the end quite quickly. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!

As my plans changed (due to friends who tested Covid ) I made 3 separate bookings in this hotel in July, staying 18 days total instead of the original 7. I liked the convenience to transportation, the clean modern design (stylish w/o clutter) and the residential feel of the hotel and adjacent Meiler Gaerten community. Moosach is nice, non-touristic but lively, homey. I loved the rooftop terrace to cool off and watch the sunset in evening after a day's work and travel.

My flight was delayed and they do not have 24 reception so if you arrive late it is a nightmare trying to get hold of anyone to help you check in. It took me well over an hour to get into my room from arrival.
