“Only one bad point: next to train rail, noisy when train pass by. Do not book this from expedia. I found that it is a discounted offer with no ensure car park lots and a next to road side room after i booked from expedia. Lucky that basecamp can arrange a parking lot for me and next time i will book them directly from their website. Expedia didn't tell me it is a "Please note that this unit has been discounted, as it does not have a guaranteed parking stall and is situated next to the stairs and……

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Our place was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit!The location was perfect for our home base while visiting and site seeing the area. Great restaurants were within a short drive or nice walk to Canmore.Dustin was very attentive, providing clear and quick communication if we needed anything. “I stayed here with friends during our visit to Canmore and Banff National Park. It was wonderful! We loved the proximity to everything, but also preferred being in Canmore which is less crowded than Banff. Everything was super clean and comfortable in the condo! The showers are amazing! The hosts were very responsive. We would definitely stay again! ”

“Our stay was perfect! This rental was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean, comfortable, and very well appointed with everything we needed for our stay! The location was fantastic! Just a short walk to downtown Canmore and a short drive into Banff! Communication with the property manager was great! We received all the info needed well in advance of our arrival and the courtesy call before we arrived was very much appreciated! Will definitely keep this property in mind when we plan our next……

"This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and a great accommodation environment. Compared to some older hotels, it offers exceptional value for money. The hotel features hot water pools (not sure if they are hot springs), but the design and facilities are significantly better than the famous Upper Hot Springs. Built against the mountain, the hotel appears to have four separate buildings, but they are conveniently connected by a corridor on the fourth floor. Located at the entrance of the town, it is right across from a gas station, a convenience store, and a fast-food restaurant that stays open until 10 PM. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is decent. Dinner portions are generous, though the variety is limited. Breakfast, however, requires a longer wait. The staff are friendly and approachable. Overall, this hotel provided a great accommodation experience."
