"The hotel is pets friendly which we didn't know until we get there. So when we first got into our room, there was a strange odor which wasn't strong but exists. Took us a day to figure out it might be from pet odor. It is carpet flooring afterall.
But the view is spectacular and I love the convenience of it closely adjacent to the Amsterdam central station.
Breakfast has a great variety of food and fruits which is wonderful for a good morning start.
Staffs are friendly, but it might be cultural differences--they tend to only focus on THE person they are servicing with, and let the next person wait without acknowledging them they are aware of them waiting-- which I thought was quite interesting.
Overall good, but since it is in the city center and the room are rather small and not enough storage if you have two big luggages and carry-ons.
Will definitely come back again but surely ask for a none-pet friendly room if there is one."
