“The room was really nice! It was clean and wide. Staff there are very welcoming. Always willing to answer your questions and have an interesting chat with you. The breakfast was really nice with a big variety of food. There is also a restaurant in the hotel. The cuisine was tasty but a bit pricy. The location is a bit far from the train station. You would need to walk for 10 min to the bus station and take another 10 min bus to Utrecht Centrale, but I think it's acceptable”

“Located on top of the Hoog Catharijne mall, which is right next to Utrecht Central station. Lots of food and shopping within walking distance. Hotel is surprisingly quite quiet given the population around the area.”

“Great hotel. Was only there for a couple of days so didn’t use any of the self catering aspect of the facilities however these looked complete. I arrived a little later than expected around 2130 and then reception were very helpful. The room was very nice and comfortable with great views over the canal. The bathroom whilst a little small had one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever used. The restaurant and bar downstairs is very nice and the staff down there were excellent too.”

“The staff were really friendly, lovely surrounding area, free shuttle to centre as well. The aircon in our room was SUPER LOUD and we couldn't sleep the whole night. The staff did change us to another room the next day right after we reported the problem tho. Overall, very nice experience. ”

“離車站走路十分鐘，逛街很方便，房間有拖鞋，熱水器，服務員人很好，離巴士站很近，建議要去小孩堤防可以從巴士站坐車，車程約ㄧ個半小時。上車買票來回12元。可以跟櫃檯要烏特勒支地圖”
