"The high point is the staff, very helpful and courteous. Also, a complimentary drink which was very refreshing due to the extreme heat. Room 35 was a sauna! There was no fan but luckily after contacting the front desk late that evening they were able to resolve the issue. Then when we came to take a shower to cool down, around 10 pm, there was no cold water in the shower. Only 2 temperatures, hot and boiling hot. We did not contact the front desk since it was late in the evening and we were leaving at 7 am."
