「Excellent 」

「I heard some other picky customers complained “ It’s 5 euro breakfast”. But well with the price I don’t expect any free breakfast same with the ones in 5 star hotel. Reception clerks are very nice. The location of the hotel is pretty nice, in the very center area but not noisy at all. I would like to recommend to my friends once needed 」

「Great hotel. About 10 minutes walk away from the main square, which suited us as it was quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was large and the bed was very comfortable.」

「I usually not leaving low ratings for anyone but this place was very overrated, expensive food and not very friendly staff. The have place so much emphasis on not necessary and for got the human factor and creating a welcoming environment. That is so sad. I should not be judging based on only one experience but the one experience is what makes a good and best place. In short, we will not be staying there again.」

「Nice place to stay」

「Its a very safe and secure property and it was spotless. It was nice to have a small balcony to sit out in. Its about a 15minute walk along the river to the centre/square.」

「Excellently located for getting around the city. Friendly staff and good choice at breakfast.」

「Rooms were okay. Breakfast was wonderful.」

「Great location , location location , better impossible. Great staff. Amazing breakfast Thank you !!」

「We had the best time at Bubble Sky Villas. It was quiet, peaceful, and beautiful. The rooms were well maintained and had everything you could need. We definitely plan on visiting again!」

「Excellent location Room clean but bathroom needs upgrading」

「This hotel it's disaster! Avoid it at any costs! I have booked Deluxe double room with separate bedroom and sitting area. I got standard room with child crib! After complain the receptionist lady showed me all rooms available on that floor (all standard, with the same very dirty white and blue carpet) and asked me to choose one. No apology, no reaction to the fact that I've paid extra for Deluxe double room. The hotel is called Citadel 360 Suites & Spa and first amenity is Pool. However both Spa...

「The staff are so hospitable and friendly! They gave us a very good impression! The room is clean and tidy. They let us early check in at 11am. Moreover, the staff helped us to call a taxi to reach the bus station in the early morning on checking out. We are deeply appreciated for his help! 」
