“It’s a loft room so has lots of narrow steep stairs. Ok with a small bag but tough if your travelling with lots of stuff. That said once you have made the climb like any decent hill the view from the top was worth it. Nice room. Clean. Bed very comfortable. Shower is great. All you need really. Great local atmosphere with bars and eateries near by. Would recommend. ”

“A truly unforgettable experience, everything is exceptional! Accommodation, hospitality, breakfast - especially breakfast, not only delicious but sees you through until at least teatime! “Very good location. We went all attractions by walk during stays in Amsterdam. Many restaurants nearby. The house is amazing that it's a historical building. Just need to concern about no elevator and the bathroom is a bit small. House owners David and Chris are very nice. Thank you for everything! ”

“Wonderful stay at this house just steps from Centraal Station (super easy by train from the airport) and right in the middle of city centre Amsterdam. Every touch included to make you feel at home while exploring the city. Roomy and comfortable, warm welcome and easy to work with David. New tech laundry just around the corner along with oodles of food choices and major tourist sites. Quiet, super walkable, right on a canal with great people/boat watching right out the door.”

“The place is very beautiful and comfortable, the host takes care about every detail in the hotel, the design of the room, the flowers, and everything you need in the bathroom. The kitchen offers some simple equipment (cooking not available), and a variety of nice coffee and teabags free to your use. The host family is staying upstairs of the hotel room but it's separated so it feels very private. Overall the stay is great I will definitely recommend it to my friends.”

“Unser Aufenthalt war gut. Die Lage ist super. Es ist ruhig, aber auch sehr zentral. In nur 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an zentralen Punkten und hat dabei noch schön durch die Stadt schlendern können, vorbei an einigen Kanälen. Amsterdam ist eine Reise wert und werdennicht das letzte Mal da gewesen sein. ”

"It is very difficult to find connecting rooms in the city, but this hotel has them. The staff are okay, and the room is extremely comfortable, especially the bed, which is exceptionally cozy. The view is beautiful, and the location is very convenient, right next to the Eurostar train station. There are no slippers, comb, shower cap, toothbrush, or similar amenities in the room. They do have shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer.
Overall, it is a very comfortable hotel."

"Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would make the experience so much better. That said, the aesthetic of the space was beautiful, and I truly appreciated the hotel’s unique and elevated design.
