"There was occasionally an unpleasant odor when opening the dishwasher in the kitchen, and the ventilation could be improved. At times, there was no hot water available during showers for one day. We lived for 5 days. However, the staff were very friendly, and housekeeping did an excellent job cleaning the room every day. "

"Great stay, Spacious room and bathroom, clean and tidy. Close to number 19 tram station which can take you to many museums such as Van Gogh museum. Breakfast is good. The pillow is way too soft for me, hopefully the hotel will upgrade it soon. Bed is comfortable and XO is already upgrading their mattress floor by floor when we left on 2025.9.30. Not much restaurant nearby the hotel."
