"Brilliant location with fantastic public transport links. Regular trains and trams and only 10 mins from Centraal Amsterdam Staff were brilliant and in particular Ayasha who was so helpful and happy everytime we spoke with her. Nice continental breakfast. Would definitely stay again"

"30 mins from the centre on the 391 bus which goes from a 10 minute walk away. Buses seem to run every 15-20 mins. Area is light industrial, but was very quiet, probably one of the best hotels for a good nights sleep we've found. We always like B&B hotels, staff here were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good value, plenty of it. They don't offer an evening meal but were more than happy for us to use their plates and cutlery to eat our evening meal in the dining room/lounge. It's a fair walk to the shops if you need anything, best to pick up in Amsterdam if possible. Excellent pizza delivered from New York Pizza co. Even taking in cost of travel to and from Amsterdam centraal our stay here was substanstially cheaper than elsewhere, would certainly recommend."

"Excellent hotel! Although it is not particularly close to the city centre, we actually appreciated the quieter location, away from the hustle and bustle. The room was extremely comfortable, spacious and well equipped, with a very practical kitchen that made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely Vessel, the hotel’s restaurant. Absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and we enjoyed it so much that we had both lunch and dinner there on two occasions. It is a wonderful restaurant and a real asset to the hotel. Highly recommended! We did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that. We did use the parking facilities, which were very convenient, although I found the price rather high. My only real criticism concerns housekeeping. Rooms are serviced every two days, which seems to be an increasingly common trend in hotels. Personally, I am not a fan of this policy, especially considering the standards and prices of hotels in this category. I believe daily housekeeping should still be part of the experience. Overall, a wonderful stay in a comfortable, well-equipped hotel, with an outstanding restaurant. Despite the minor drawbacks, I would happily recommend it and stay here again!"

"When we arrived we were early for check-in however reassured that our room would be ready by 2pm. There was a locked luggage room to drop off our luggage. When we did arrive back, our passports were needed for check in however, this was no issue and check in was prompt with information about our room given. Our room was not the same as the picture online however, still comfortable for our 3 night stay. Room and bathroom were clean however no hand towel. Due to their eco friendly policy, I assumed that it was in keeping with that however, when our room was replenished on day 3 of our stay, I realised this was not the case. When I did ask for anything i.e coffee or soap, again the desk, they were more than happy to help. There is shampoo and conditioner in the room and a shower cap. only soap bars-no shower gel. There are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. We didnt eat in the hotel throughout our stay. Excellent hotel, will definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Bar was great atmosphere but staff insisted on closing the bar down dead on 11pm even though there was a full bar of people-usually in hotels bar stays open for residents later"

"really nice place. withing walking distance to train station, bus depot, trams and metro. so many options to get around. accomodation was so relaxed and friendly and we lived our apartment"
