“I am from China, I stayed here in September 2010, for 2 nights. I selected this hotel because its name is "Airport Hotel", I thought it is not far from the airport, but I was wrong. When we reached the airport, we got a free shutter bus from airport to "Best Western Amsterdam Airport Hotel", after a long line waiting for checking in, I was told that this is the wrong hotel for me, the right one is "Best Western Amsterdam Airport Hotel Uithoorn"! Oh, my god, as a person from a non-English……

“A very quiet and cosy place ! Nice flat with all the necessary equipment ! All the surrounding is covered of flower greenhouses. The host was also very nice and friendly ! All the family appreciated the place and the stay we had in the Netherlands”

“I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in town and very convenient. The entrance is absolutely beautiful — such a cozy and relaxing space where you can sit down, read a book, or simply unwind. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. I especially want to mention Sunny, who truly made my experience even better. She is warm, friendly, and so much fun to talk to. She made me feel genuinely welcome, and she is definitely one of the reasons I will be……

“Price and location ”

“Not the best of starts. First room given was very bad - heating didn't work, room was old and tatty. A complaint to the management was handled very well however with both managers dealing with the situation to the highest standard. We were given a new room (which was a lot more modern), and given complimentary breakfast for the rest of our stay. Mistakes happen, but staff fixed it.”

“hotel staff was excellent, loved that we could conveniently booked bike rentals to bike around the city!!! the rooms themselves were very nice. also the hotel had a pet CAT which was the cherry on top!!! ”
