「It was rather noisy in the evening, not a very good noise absorption. Also, it was difficult to check in as the system was down and everything was automated. But in the end, we did manage to get in the room with a help from the staff. Although we could not manage to operate the TV.
Coffee and tea were excellent. Also, the design of the room was nice. Property is close to public transport.」

「The hotel needs to take a look on its electrical appliances, the fridge was left unplugged, and when we tried, we found that the socket was broken and it was so dangerous!
The hotel implements a "Quiet policy" within the hotel at night, sadly the hotel is located among several bars, casinos and restaurants, plus its poor sound proofing, it was very noisy at mid-night.
In some of the days, the house keeping were not done when we expected to, or when we have asked to.

「We were very happy with our stay in Anouk's charming houseboat. The location is just a few minutes' walk to the nearby train stop to get to Amsterdam. The train to Central Station is only 15 minutes. It was great to avoid the traffic and commotion of the big city, but to be able to get there quickly to see the sites. The houseboat was very clean and spacious. The enclosed yard is nice, and there are bikes and kayaks available for use. I biked to the nearby grocery store when we needed...
