great time

We had a great time in Costa Rei and the flat of Roger and Monica was perfect. The overwhelming view and the short way to the beach were very nice. The communication was very easy, Roger and Monica are very nice and polite people. Thank you very much!

Fabulous holiday & hosts

We were very warmly greeted by Roger & Monica on arrival to the apartment. The apartment is nicely furnished & was spotlessly clean. Roger & Monica had left welcome food/drinks for us on arrival which was so lovely. The apartment was fully equipped & we needed nothing else. The sea view from the apartment is amazing. Lots of room on the beach even in July. Roger/Monica were so helpful from the minute we made the booking. Always available to give us tips on what beaches to go to, restaurants to eat at etc. We would highly recommend this lovely apartment & would love to return.

Eine tolle Reise

Vom ersten Kontakt an her hat alles prima geklappt. Wir wurden an der Unterkunft sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft und Lage waren wie beschrieben und perfekt. Im Oktober in der Nebensaison war es angenehm ruhig am Strand und es hatten aber auch noch genug Restaurants auf, um auch mal Essen zu gehen. Roger hat uns im jedem Bereich tolle Infos und Tips gegeben. Restaurants, Ausflüge, Strände. Es war perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und nochmals vielen Dank.

Sehr toller Aufenthalt

Sehr netter Empfang und eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Das Apartment war mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht.

Panoramablick auf Mittelmeerküste

Wir wurden von einem sehr sympathischen Vermieter-Päarchen an der Unterkunft empfangen und das Apartment war liebevoll mit einigen regionalen Speisen/Getränken vorbereitet. Die Unterkunft und Ausstattung ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse und dem Balkon ist unbeschreiblich. Einfach zum Verlieben – egal ob bei Sonnenaufgang oder -untergang. Die Lage des Apartments ist prima geeignet für Strandausflüge in der Region wie z.B. direkt in Costa Rei, St. Elmo oder Villisimius. Perfekt war auch, dass uns Roger & Monica einen Sonnenschirm für den Strandausflug angeboten haben. Dank der vielen Gastro-Empfehlungen in der Nähe des Apartments von Vermieter Roger, haben wir auch den gesamten Urlaub köstlichen speisen können. Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft. Gerne jederzeit wieder.

Haus mit Traum-Ausblick

Wir hatten in der Nebensaison viele schöne sommerliche Tage. Das Ferienhaus hat alles, was wir brauchten. Drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer und zudem eine Terrasse mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Die Vermieter waren wirklich nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hatten zahlreiche Empfehlungen und Tipps für uns und waren im erreichbar.

Eine Oase

Die Wohnung von Roger und Monica hat unsere Ferien zu einer Oase gemacht. Wir haben die Ruhe im Oktober sehr genossen. Der kurze Weg zum Strand war perfekt für unsere Strandtage. An der Wohnung haben wir die praktische und vollständige Einrichtung, die Sauberkeit, die grosszügigen Zimmer und die Terrasse sehr geschätzt. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen und wünschen allen, die auch dort zu Gast sein werden, eine wunderbare Zeit.

Einfach alles perfekt und wunderbarer Ausblick

Ferienhaus Costa Rei

Roger, der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und hatte uns bei Fragen jede Menge Tips per Whatsup sofort zukommen lassen, top ! Super Ausblick auf Meer, Sonne vom Sonnenaufgang bis ca. 15:30 auf der Terasse. Wer für TV schauen möchte, kann nur Youtube, Netflix mit eigenem Stick, oder sonstige Pay TV schauen. Fenster und Türen sehr stabil und "einbruchsicher". Pizzerias, Restaurants, Bars etc. ca. 0,7-1,5km entfernt, wir hatten aber immer Auto dabei. Die beste Strandbar für uns war die Sunshine Bar (Essen ohne Coperto) mit weißen Möbeln und weißen Zeltdächern von der Terrasse aus etwas links gelegen zu sehen. Allerdings schloss sie um 19:30 schon. Restautrants/Pizzerias ziemlich ähnliche Qualitäten, fast alle mit Coperto. Wetter wechselhaft Ende Mai Anfang Juni, noch kein Trubel, von 10 Touristen waren es 6 Deutsche, 3 Italiener, und 1 Schweizer. Ansonsten, wohl wegen der Vorsaison angenehm und überall freie Plätze, wie. z.B. Strand, was wohl in der Hauptsaison sicher ganz anders sein wird, denn die meisten Ferienwohnungen/Häuser waren noch unbesetzt. Was für uns etwas fehlte, waren stimmungsvolle Musikbars am Abend. Ansonsten alles gut.

Grandioser Meerblick

Top-Appartment, alles sauber, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und eine super Terrasse mit einem grandiosen Meerblick. Die Vermieter sind super nett und haben gute Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants etc. gegeben. Rund rum gelungener Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Apartment mit traumhaftem Blick

Das Apartment haben wir wie auf den Bildern abgebildet vorgefunden. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Von der Terrasse hat man einen traumhaften Blick und der Strand ist fussläufig zu erreichen. Der Weg hoch zum Apartment ist ziemlich steil, aber ein gutes Fitnessprogramm 😉 Die Vermieter sind super und wir hatten sofort Kontakt bei Fragen. Zudem gab es eine Süßspeise und eigens eingelegte Kapernäpfel, sowie Ichnusa zur Begrüßung. TipTop

Roger and his wife welcomed us warmly with sweet cakes and Sardinian liqueur. We have never been welcomed so nicely in a vacation home.

Perfekte Wohnung und perfekte Vermieter

Wir wurden herzlich von Monica und Roger empfangen. Die Wohnung ist in einem top Zustand, sehr sauber und gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet was nötig ist ! Der Meerblick ist traumhaft, zum Strand sind es 5 min zu Fuß, 10 min zurück, wegen des Anstiegs. Roger war für alle Anliegen und Fragen stets erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und werden die Wohnung auch weiterempfehlen :-)

Toller Urlaub

Meine Familie und ich haben eine Woche in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Strand und Meer: das Wasser ist ein Traum, der Strand sehr schön und sauber, auch sehr groß, man findet selbst im Hochsaison ohne Probleme genug Platz. Wohnung: traumhafter Blick von der Terrasse, schön eingerichtet, sehr bequeme Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche, die ganze Wohnung war extrem sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gastgeber: Monica und Roger haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen, waren immer hilfsbereit und erreichbar. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wieder kommen!

Unsere Anreise wurde mit herzlichem Empfang von Roger und Monika belohnt. Das Apartment ist voll ausgestattet ( Waschmaschine, Grill, Toaster, etc.) und es fehlt an nichts! Es war alles sehr sauber, verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, vom tradionellen Markt über Bäckerei bis zum frischen Fisch bekommt man alles in der Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen!

Bester Meerblick und bester Gastgeber

Der Meerblick auf der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Die Gastgeber waren großartig, haben uns super empfangen und waren ständig für Fragen und Probleme erreichbar und sehr bemüht. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Das einzige Manko ist die Straße zum Haus, die sehr renovierungsbedürftig ist. Man sollte wenn man mit dem Auto anreist ein hoch gelegenes Auto haben. Von der Unterkunft aus erreicht man super den Strand, Restaurants und Supermarkt, alles in der Nähe. Allgemein ist die Infrastruktur in Costa Rei nicht sehr gut, hat jedoch nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun. Vielen Dank an Roger und Monica!

Wundervolle Aussicht & sehr nette Vermieter

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in Rogers und Monicas Appartement. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier her kommen. Roger hat uns sogar vom Flughafen abgeholt, weil der Fahrer nicht konnte und seine Frau hat uns ein Aperitivo gezaubert. Zum Strand läuft man nur 5 Minuten und sowohl Supermärkte als auch Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die 3. Terrasse war perfekt für ein Workout am Abend. Wir buchen die Unterkunft sicher nochmal!
