Wir hatten ein sehr schöne Zeit hier. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind ein Traum, genauso wie die Finca, die sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet ist mit vielen interessanten Details. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage, wo man komplett ungestört auf der Terrasse, am oder im Pool entspannen kann. Außerdem ist Platja de Muro nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Das Hundegebell hat uns jetzt nicht so gestört, wenn dann eher die Moskitos. Obwohl in den Schlafzimmern Mückengitter angebracht sind, sowie Mückenstecker, sollte man nicht aufs Einsprühen vergessen, sonst ist man schnell zerstochen.

Great house in a lovely big garden outside the town.

Very well equipped. We had a problem with the shower, and the owner was very prompt in coming to fix it. We really enjoyed strolling around the maze of wee and almost traffic-free lanes around the district. The bird song in the large garden was amazing. We aren't beach or resort people, so perfect from that point of view, although only 2-3 kms from the beach at Can Picafort, which is a very pleasant resort without the brashness of some other spots.

Super freundlicher Service

Super freundlicher Service, es hat alles gut geklappt, mit Schlüsselübergabe etc. Die Finca und der Garten ist sehr schön, nur wäre es toll wenn über den Betten Mückennetze angebracht wären. Seeeehr viele Mücken;-). Die Lage ist ruhig und schön gelegen und nur paar Autominuten zum Strand entfernt. Danke für alles.

Super Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und haben uns in unserem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren zu dritt (Eltern + Kind), haben jeden Morgen ganz toll auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt, danach mit unserer 5- jährigen Tochter ausgiebig im Pool gespielt und dann ab mittags die Insel erkundet (unser erster Aufenthalt auf Mallorca). Ferienhaus haben wir super mit dem Navi gefunden, da wir am Flughafen die Koordinaten bekommen haben. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen, aber das war für uns kein Problem. Das Grundstück ist sehr groß, im vorderen Bereich haben einige Hühner ihr Zuhause. Das Haus ist typisch mallorcinisch... sicher ist nicht alles neu aber wir fanden es dort sehr gemütlich! Küchenschränke sind teilweise schon sehr abgenutzt... Couchen haben auch schon ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich. Aber zusammenfassend: es hat uns sehr gefallen! Empfehlenswert! 👍😀 Judith

Belle villa, un peu loin de la mer, trop de moustiques...

Belle propriété, avec grand jardin et piscine. Malheureusement un peu loin de la mer en définitive (emplacement donné tardivement), humide donc beaucoup de moustiques, et surtout pas de climatisation, ni ventilateurs (sauf chambre des parents)... Nous avons dû acheter un ventilateur (laissé sur place) pour tenter de respirer la nuit dans les chambres et beaucoup d'antimousriques (peu efficace). Enfin avec nos 3 enfants, nous avons été facturé de 300€ de plus pour lit supplémentaire... Mais la villa offre en permance 6 couchages... Facturation abusive ? Donc belle villa, grande et propre, pas très bien située (géographie et moustiques), mal équipée pour les chaleur, et facturation via Abritel un peu déconcertante ("lit supplémentaire"). Par ailleurs, à noter procédures entrée et sortie, n'offre pas les bonnes garanties pour récupérer la caution de 300€... À ce jour nous espérons que le gestionnaire sera satisfait tant nous avons laissé la villa propre et en bon état, et l'avons soigné pendant près de 2 semaines (piscine inclus, dont le renouvellement à nos frais du traitement chlore...).
