“This place is gorgeous! View of the lake from our patio, nice walking trails and piers, the lobby is stunning too. There are little plants they grow in their sustainable garden that you can buy (I took a little fern home and a stuffed eagle plush from the gift shop). The beds were so comfy! Lots of pillows and they weren't the cheap kind like some hotels have. I also loved the towels in the bathroom!!!! They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower, and they were all good.……

“Everyone very friendly, checked right in. Room a little small, but perfect for 1 person. I was right where I needed to be. Could use bigger bath towels, but if that's the worst, this place gets the extra star.”

Some of the facilities we were looking for (laundry, and vending primarily) were either inaccessible or inconvenient. Highly recommend this location for price conscious clients and individuals whom are working in the surrounding areas and need a long term stay. ”

“Stayed here as a last resort on the eve of the solar eclipse. Check-in was easy. Kitchen was well-stocked with an oven and pots and pans for making a real dinner (lasagna and vegetables from Dollar General) and breakfast to save money on eating out. Main room was spacious. Beds were firm but our family prefers that. An extra bed was provided beyond the two queens which was an added bonus to keep the peace. Would stay there again.”

“Old fashioned cabins where you're likely going to be next to another guest or family with just a wall between you, but very well kept and likely as clean as they can be for their age. The staff I'd dealt with was friendly and accommodating. My youngster was a bit uncertain at first because it was his first time at somewhere like this outside of church camp, but we had a great time and would recommend it to anyone who is comfortable with a cabin-style approach. If the wife is used to five star……

“It was a nice camp cabin sleep up to 4 people. No running water. But had electricity refrigerator and mic and coffee pot. They furnished towels for shower in camp site. I didn’t understand when I booked it all of this from what I was reading.”
