Nestled into the heart of The villas @ Marker 48, just south of Ken Lake & North of Blood River. Here you will find a super quaint and charming resort that has been the premier destination of water lovers for more than 50 years. Come & relax with family or friends or gather with large groups. This 5-plex condo unit can sleep up to 30 people. Each condo unit is unique in its own way. Explore, take a walk-through tour, and see which unit fits you best. We are a favorite destination for weeklong family vacations, birthdays, weddings and anniversary celebrations, groups of friends looking for a weekend of water fun and large fishing groups. Need more space? You can also rent several (or all) cottages on our property to bring down the whole family for a reunion!
