Family Time

Great place to relax and have quiet family time. This is a smaller complex with minimal walking and it sits right on the sand/beach front, so you can keep an eye on your family at all times.

Very nice condo...ocean frontConvenient to restaurants and shopsOnly negative is the parking. Only one car per unit so we had to leave a car in the auxiliary lot at the leasing office. Although close by needed to be driven there and back Kudos to the staff .. answered all questions promptly and courteously.We would book there again

Amazing stay. Steps from the beach! Property was very neat and clean. Condo was spacious and clean. We were lucky enough to see dolphins in the am from the balcony and a beautiful rainbow over the ocean. Will 100% book again.

Carolina Country Music Festival

We came down for the Music Festival and this condo was perfect for us. The view of the ocean was wonderful every morning. It had everything we needed and more. We would definitely look to book it again.

This condo is on the beach. Has a newly renovated pool. Corner condo with extra large balcony. Location is close to restaurants but in a quiet area of Garden City.

Enjoyed Vacation

Great location and building would stay here again. Bath tubs were extremely dirty had to clean 2 of 3 and found some cherrios on living room floor. Otherwise great space. Construction going on during day is loud but fortunately not there much during day so not an issue for us. Friend stayed here over a month ago and had same issue but only during afternoon hours that we both noticed.

Garden city Easter

Like the place, but there were a few negatives. The beachside deck and stairs to the beach were closed for construction. An excavator was used everyday we were there, and the noise level was very loud. Kinda felt scary at times and kept us on edge. Wish we would have known that before the booking.

Thanksgiving at the beach

This is my family’s second year at Horizon East 501. Both times we were here for Thanksgiving week. The condo was clean and has plenty of room. We like the fact that it’s a 3 bedroom 3 bath condo. My wife has cooked a full Thanksgiving meal both year and the kitchen has everything she needs. The view from the balcony is amazing! We will definitely be coming back next year.
