This condo features a living/dining room combination, a fully-equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher and microwave, as well as a washer, dryer, central heat and air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, and an eight-by-24-foot private oceanfront deck overlooking the pool. Three TVs (70-inch in living area, 32 and 40-inch in bedrooms), and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one king and one queen-sized bed. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.
