  • Maritime Place has been the go-to destination for Garden City Beach family vacations for years. Delight your senses for all thing beach from your ocean front balcony. Meal prep is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen. A12 is a recently updated 2 bedroom, 2 full bath third floor condominium (corner unit) that comfortably accommodates 7. New hardwood floors throughout with new living room & master bedroom furniture. Create lasting memories with family and friends on the beach or by the pool. Located only 0.3 miles from the Garden City Pier where you'll find amusements, food and beverage, sundries and more! Sorry, no smoking and no pets allowed.

    Maritime Place is located 0.3 miles north of the Garden City Pier in Horry County. This complex offers both oceanfront and ocean view units. The oceanfront units have direct beach access from their balconies. There is no elevator at Maritime Place. From Easter to November 1, go for a swim in the outdoor oceanside pool. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, which is open March 1 to November 1. Stay connected with Maritime Place's complimentary Wi-Fi. Two parking permits are issued per unit. Motorcycles are allowed. Sorry, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, and pets are not permitted.
