Our Vacation Stay was Great!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had some trouble finding out where the office was, but we finally found it. The staff helped us with our TV. We had a great time and would definitely consider coming back!

Need elevator repair immediately

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On the second day of our stay we were trapped in the only working elevator for 45 minutes along with ten other people. The front staff was very unhelpful in our situation!!!! The fire department was a wonderful help!!!
