Great Stay

NIce place to stay. Nice location. I only wish they had a ramp to the beach instead of stairs as it makes it difficult to take a wagon down to the beach but we managed.

Beautiful location! Great communication when making reservations and afterwards. The condo was spotless! Well stocked with everything you would need. We loved the table and chair set on the balcony. Property was very clean and taken care of. 24 hour security guards. We will definitely be back.

Little piece of paradise

We love staying at this condo unit we have stayed in area for years. This year we traveled with less so just needed a 2 bedroom this unit was perfect. Had all amenities we we need was very clean and organized. I have nothing at all bad to say about the unit. It was very comfy for 4 people and felt like our home for a week. We always love the Conch Cafe in walking distance and visit everytime we stay. Check in and out process was easy would definitely stay again when we need a smaller unit for 4

We absolutely loved this condo and the location. The condo was spotless and well stocked with kitchenware, towels, etc. We enjoyed sitting and eating on the balcony enjoying the view of the ocean. The entire building and grounds are very well taken care of. Everything was so organized. The location was wonderful with great seafood restaurants close by. We were very impressed and wouldn't have changed a thing about our vacation. We thank you for your hospitality and we will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Fabulous condo!!

This was a gorgeous home away from home for the week we enjoyed our family vacation. The cleanliness and quality items throughout the condo helped make this one steps above the rest, and we have been coming to the area for years now. The only warning I have is the particular location of this unit. We were fully aware from pictures and accurate description that the unit is directly above the pool. Though this shouldn't have made a difference and was actually an aesthetically beautiful perk, unfortunately we live in a rude society. There's the potential to have screaming, ill behaved children unattended or ignored by parents in the area and believe me, you hear everything. There were a couple of evenings I couldn't wait for 9:00 to come to these families would be excused from the area. So I'd you don't want to risk a lot of noise I recommend getting a unit on the far ends/corners away from each pool area or closer to the top floors. In addition, though I appreciated the signs that said "no fireworks", this was not at all enforced. They were nightly including in front of our facility, so check carefully if you have pets that are especially sensitive or you have strict expectations. This was a beautiful condo that met our needs and provided a perfect spot for our family vacation!

We absolutely love coming here from Little Falls, NY with our 2 boys. Everything is perfect in regards to this condo, the location, the views!!!! WOW, the view is remarkable!

Great experience. 180 degree awesome view of beach and ocean, clean large patio we had coffee on every morning. Convenient parking , great for loading and unloading. Elevator was fast and getting to and from the beach and pools was fast and convenient as well. Only weak spot was we thought the mattresses on the beds could have been of a little higher quality but would highly recommend this unit without hesitation.

Outstanding stay. Perfect area to lounge on a beach or wonder around. Lots to do & see. Mandy and her staff are excellent and go out of the way to make your stay comfortable. I will definitely be booking with them again. The condo was clean and the beds were comfortable. You can’t go wrong by staying here. Parking can be challenging but if you are patient you will find a spot. But again just be patient.

Second trip as good as the first

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this building and plan to continue doing so in the years to come. The management team is easy to work with, units are always clean. Building is quiet being it’s solid concrete. Parking could be better managed to accommodate larger suvs and cars should park on the designated area on the lower level.

Beautiful Condo

The condo is just as nice as the pictures look. Great beach view and it was stocked with everything my family needed for a relaxing week away. The parking garage however is not made for vehicles larger than a car. There are how ever some oversized parking spots available but they are limited.
