Mini vacay

Loved the location! Just a few things:-We would have loved to see more in the house such as kitchen items like, a blender, hand mixer/whisk, pots/pans, mugs (there wasn’t enough for 8), etc. -Usually when we go out and book a place, there are board/card games. Would’ve loved to see that there but there wasn’t much to do in the house.

Proximity to beach is PERFECT, literally across the street. We ran home to use the restroom or grab forgotten items because it was so close. One block walk to an arcade, and some boardwalk type shops, as well as Drippy’s ice cream (which was divine!). Loved that it was right next to the pool. There is a slight sway to the house as it is up in stilts, but maintenance came to fix a furniture item (we didn’t know it was eve broken) and they said it was totally normal for stilt homes. Loved the decor, super tasteful beach without being gaudy. Would easily be a repeat customer.

Great spot but bring your own kitchen supplies

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The physical house is beautiful inside and out. The pool is very nice and right at the bottom of the stairs. The beach entrance is right across the street from the driveway I wish there had been a cool porch to sit on for morning coffee bc this one gets direct sunlight. The kitchen is large but lacking many things required to cook and serve a meal. If more than 3 people drink coffee you will have to wash and share. Only Three regular cups too. There are 2 really large knives and only one small one for cutting. No other knives for a table setting. That’s all! No cooking pots beyond one frying pan 3 pots. No mixing bowls, no measuring cups or measuring spoons. No baking dish for casserole or brownies. No spatula or spoon larger than table spoon to serve or prepare food with other than a very small wooden spoon. We bought our own. The walls are paper thin and you can hear music coming from the main street area a block over but it stops at 11. From upstairs I could hear the Ding of cell phone messages coming through on my husband’s phone even though I was behind clothes doors. It would be a perfect Bachelor pad. I kept thinking maybe someone took all their stuff.
