Relax and enjoy stunning Atlantic Ocean views from the comfort of Oceanfront Condo 1203, located on the 12th floor along Waccamaw Drive in Garden City Beach, South Carolina. Just a short walk from the Garden City Pier, this beautifully furnished one-bedroom condo sleeps up to 6 guests and offers direct beach access just an elevator ride away.
Inside the condo:
Two queen-size Murphy beds in the living/dining area—sleep comfortably while facing the ocean
King-size bed in the Master Bedroom with Private Ensuite bath (walk-in shower with removable hand held shower nozzle)
Second full bathroom in the hallway with a walk-in shower
Private oceanfront balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets
Open dining area with seating for six
Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, cookware, and dining essentials
In-unit washer and dryer for your convenience

I can’t say enough good things! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and private. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in comfort. Can’t wait to come back!

Book now!!!! Beautiful place to stay! Everything was perfect! Comfortable bed, nice on suite bathroom, kids bathroom, kitchen, laundry, 2 Murphy beds, lots of seating in dining and living room with an oceanfront view! The indoor/outdoor pool and both hot tubs were awesome! We will be back! Thanks for the memories!

Heaven in October
Great place right on the beach, steps from the sand and ocean. Beautiful updated deck and pool area. The ongoing updates should be great!
Our unit was tastefully decorated and such a great beach vibe! The colors, the full kitchen, furniture, washer and dryer, and beautful view from the balcony (throw rugs throughout made it amazing!).
Hoping at some point they upgrade the kitchen cabinets and sink areas of bathrooms. Adding glass doors to the showers would be a nice touch.
Wonderful place to stay and would consider it again!

Beautiful view
This was a last minute getaway. The property management was accomodating and very communicative. The location of the property on the oceanfront was great. It was quiet and the view was nice. The condo was spacious and definitely had the beach theme. The mattress in the master bedroom needs an upgrade. The mattress was not comfortable. Also, it would be nice if a small starter kit of dish detergent and hand soap be provided instead of the sample bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner.
Overall, this was a great stay.

Great place for R and R
Great place for two! Very clean, comfy and has a great view. Check in was quick and easy. Check out even faster. Bed and furniture very comfortable. Loved sitting on the balcony and taking in all the views. Would love to stay here again.

Weekend Getaway
We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. Condo is exactly as described. We very much enjoyed our stay aside from the pools being closed due to construction. The only recommendation would be some updated patio furniture. The current is very uncomfortable.

Beautiful and bright!
This property was clean and beautifully decorated. The Murphy beds were perfect for my adult children. The views were gorgeous. My only complaint would be they need a bigger coffee pot or a Keurig but otherwise it was wonderful!

Just what we needed
We were looking for a rental for a short long weekend trip for a family of 4. This place was the perfect place. The teen girls loved the Murphy beds and allowed them to have their own space. Having two bathrooms was definitely a plus. Great Area and View. Condo had everything we needed and rising tides property was so easy, friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Only suggestion would be upgrade the towels and offer hand/bar soap in bathrooms. Wonderful Stay!
