It’s that time of year when resorts are getting a little extra care and attention. Balcony repairs are currently taking place, which means balcony access will be temporarily unavailable.

The good news?. If having a balcony is important for your stay, Rising Tides Properties have several other beautiful oceanfront condos available that offer full balcony access.

Relax and unwind with stunning Atlantic views at Rising Tides Properties Condo 903, a beautifully furnished one-bedroom, two-bathroom oceanfront condo located on the 9th floor of Water’s Edge Resort in Garden City Beach, South Carolina. Just an elevator ride from the beach and minutes from the Garden City Pier, this condo is perfect for couples or small families.

King-size bed in the master bedroom with private ensuite and updated shower

Queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests

Second full bathroom off the hallway with a walk-in shower
